Inspired by the natural beauty in the world and its people Remitha Lynn  designs from her heart creating with her spirit. She loves to work with all fabrics, but found a special call home to her ancestral roots working with African prints, Ankara fabric, Kente designs and Mud cloth.

 

 Although just recently stepping into the fashion design scene,  Remitha Lynn  has been creating since the late 80's. She blossomed as a seamstress in the 90's while learning to sew in home economics class.  Her love for clothing creation  developed during her high school years.

 

 A native of Indianapolis, IN, she graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Howard University in Washington DC where she cultivated and  elevated her sewing and design  skills, while studying journalism and elementary education.  

 

Her signature line, the LOVED Collection, was created to spread a message that  being loved is timeless. It knows no tense; not past, present, or future, but is forever consistent and always happening. The LOVED Collection began as an inspiration to tell black men  they are loved: yesterday today and tomorrow. It has since blossomed into various  shirt designs meant to also inspire Black women,  Black children as well mas the LGBTQIA Community & Cancer Survivors. The LOVED Collection includes coordinating accessories,    skirts, pants,  and shorts. Her company, Remitha Lynn and Company also creates  children's wear, custom gowns, costumes,  and creative home décor.
